Pros

Bethpage has a supportive and inclusive culture. Employees feel valued, respected, and included in decision making processes. We believe in listening to the Employee Voice and it shows in our employee opinion survey action plans! There is strong, passionate leadership who are transparent and approachable. They care about all employees. There are tons of opportunities for development - many roles are hired internally. Bethpage promotes a work-life balance - they just implemented a generous PTO plan. Minimum of 5 weeks of paid time off and generous increases with tenure. Bethpage is a great team with tons of collaboration and recognition. Compensation is competitive as well as the benefits.

Pros

One great benefit is the amount of time off your allotted. I'm able to get time off to spend with family or just have a day to refocus.

Cons

Removed pension benefits, wish BFCU would offer a Pension again.
