The culture here is collaborative, transparent, and rooted in integrity. We prioritize innovation while maintaining a strong foundation of trust and service. The organization invests meaningfully in employee development, technology, and community impact. Strategic decisions are made with both agility and long-term sustainability in mind.

Cons

With growth comes complexity. As we scale, we must continue to evolve our systems and processes to maintain our agility and member-first focus. That said, the leadership team is proactive and open to change.

Incredible employee benefits, plenty of self development options, pay is pretty decent after compensation study, CEO is a wonderful woman who wants to see the entire organization succeed together

Cons

senior management below CEO is shady, too many operational changes with little to no support, hard to grow with company if you don’t know the right people, managers promoted who lack experience, professionalism, and the ability to develop their direct reports

Obsessed with sales If they don't like you, they will sabotage you and rig the game against you so you cannot get full time, or otherwise make sure you want to quit.
