One of the many things I love about working at FourLeaf is the learning and development programs that they offer. I recently took the Leadership Fundamentals Program. It was such a great class and offered a valuable resource for discovering new tools and gaining insights to support my professional development. The instructors were amazing and made the class fun and interactive. I feel like I gained so much from that course and can’t wait to take more courses at FourLeaf to further my career growth. I’m so grateful to work for a company that actually cares about my career growth by taking the time to put together engaging and inspirational courses.

The company truly cares about their employees they consistently show this through engagement opportunities such as clubs, volunteer opportunities and various events for both in person, hybrid, and remote employees. There are many learning and development opportunities, many employees start in one area and grow into other departments within the company throughout their tenure. Many new employees come from employee referrals which to me speaks volumes to the culture we have here at FourLeaf.
