Bethpage places a high priority on the employee experience. They truly value their employees and work in the best interest of the entire team. I have been with Bethpage for 20 years and they have always treated their employees like family.

Some of the best reasons to work for Bethpage are the teams and the care for each employee the company has for its employees. Each department truly works hard to ensure that not only the members are happy, but the teams are happy as well. This is from the top down. I came to Bethpage 10 years ago in August and have enjoyed every moment of my career. From the first day when I didn't know anyone and was greeted and treated like I was here for years, to today when I see my previous team mates, it's like a huge family.

Cons

At this time I don't feel there is anything that Bethpage can improve on.
