Wonderful people. I've had various supervisors in my time here and love all of them. They want to help you grow regardless of it that means you're going to stay with Fox.

Cons

Communication between departments is lacking, but I see upper management's efforts to improve it

Feels like you are a part of something. Enjoyable atmosphere, fast paced. Feels like family. Feels safe in the sense of being able to share your thoughts and opinions. Consistent improvements. Co-workers and leaders that actually understand the daily grind, and concerns.

Cons

sometimes expectations need to be a bit clearer.
