Pros

Team building events consist of driving Polaris RZRs around the desert. Good discounts on industry affiliated products. Supervisors that want you to succeed in everything you do. Entry level employees are valued as part of the team. You will develop an understanding of manufacturing in an awesome industry. The Tuition Assistance Program provides payback on college expenses.

Cons

High Standards. Extremely Fast Growth. Challenging Work Loads at times. Mediocrity is unacceptable. You will be forced to contribute your hidden talents and the factory supervisors will push you to better yourself.

Pros

Learned a lot valuable skills that can be used in other manufacturing jobs. Able to follow a project from sketch to finished product.

Cons

Does not pay comparable market value for advanced skill sets. Benefit package is below market value. Salaried employees are taken advantage of.

Pros

Great people and bike culture with good perks that make the depressed salary and poor raises tolerable.

Cons

Inter-department processes are jury-rigged, or non-existent. Increasingly disjointed morale, lack of team building and general confusion about company direction leave many of the staff with vague notions of their actual duties, or any understanding of their peers, leaving a strong sense of isolation and lack of support from above. Often as projects falter, fingers point to the rank and file, rather than at the poor management planning and lack of defined processes. They're making it up as they go along and haven't matured as a company and it shows everyday with last minute changes, stopped mfg. assembly lines and panic consults to get things moving again. Did I say morale was lacking? It's DONE.
