Pros

Incredible people, good pay, great future if they can bring it together.

Cons

No leadership or training. C-suite is too good to actually interact with employees. Coffee talks went no where, complaints that were escalated to HR were not addressed, just pushed under the rug to not make the leadership didn’t look like the factory was having issues. No communication. Benefits are embarrassing

solid 40 hrs. a week, pay isn't too bad and overall management and training is maintained pretty well.

Cons

Long hours during the middle of the day. but if you get a morning shift there are no cons
