Process driven. 5. Everyone is a learner. 6. The work and project process are one of a kind and thoroughly enjoyable. 7. When in site visits, importance is provided for employee comfort. 8. Progressive in thoughts.

      1. Gaps in communication related to company policies and project strategies. 2. Motivation gaps. 3. Sometimes overbearing. 4. Organisational culture drastically shifts as new people come and old ones get out. 5. Need for a more steady HR department. 6.
