      Cons

      Politics to the core, your performance does not matter but your report with your manager would decide your growth. HR is of no help. They will listen to what your manager says. Promotion depends on luck and not your performance.

      1. Relaxed work timings 2. Free and good food

      1. Poor quality projects 2. Reporting/ data refresh work 3. Unrealistic goals...make videos...sales pitch..Volunteer for FAA 4. The managers - Senior Consultants/ Associate Directors have no clue about analytics and what just kp throwing jargon w/o getting the work done 5. IITians, VJTI engh are hired at 7-8 lacs for the same work that associates do for 3-5-4.5lacs 6. A new role called Associate analysts has been created to do even simpler and repetitive jobs.. 7. FAA trainings when announced seem very interesting at first but fail to meet expectations almost everytime...
