1.Freedom 2. Talented and dedicated pool of people at analyst level.

Cons

1.Middle management where they have hired a bunch of mediocre people who don't possess even an iota of analytical skill set. 2.Opportunities are given to a selected few only and others don't even exist for Management. 3. Appraisals- just one word to describe them - Totally Random! 4. Skillset mapping is not proper absent. 5. HR- The biggest problem which exists in fractal. 6.Fractal's Funda of rewarding their employees - Let go of the person who is earning Amount 'X' but demanding '1.25X'. But Hire a fresher at '2X-2.5X' for the same work and same profile.
