Horrible management in the ATLANTA office. This place is essentially a white-collar sweatshop. You are set up for failure on a daily basis and you are only as good as your last mistake. It is a toxic environment to work in and HR does not care at all about the working conditions. I saw paralegals cry regularly because of the verbal abuse spewed by the attorneys. I have now been at a different firm for about 7 months and the difference in how paralegals are treated is night and day
