Pros
Loved my colleagues - it was great to be around smart, talented, intellectually-engaged young professionals day in and day out. Loved the pace and intensity - there's so much work to get done everyday there's no need to worry about down time or boredom! Loved the intercultural interactions - working with foreign nationals from all over the world was an enriching experience.
Cons
Sometimes there was frankly too much work. Everyone was generally willing to pitch in and help each other out but more hands on deck could help the load.
