      Gain invaluable skills: case/project management; written/verbal communication with stakeholders; business immigration law nuances; problem solving; legal strategy; extreme attention to detail, etc.

      Cons

      Very heavy case loads and can get repetitive. Due to high work loads across the position spectrum, role sometimes lacks the necessary attorney availability and support. Also, providing a service for which customers are not always grateful or kind. Requires professional attitude, thick skin, and sometimes a sense of humor.
