      Managers are inadequate of their jobs and at times are inappropriate to their employees. No proper training, no one takes the blame.

      They have a great office location.

      Cons

      You are thrown under the bus without any training and instructions. When you ask for assistance from co-workers and attorneys, you are give mixed answers which leaves you more confused. If you are not an attorney, you are nobody. Older staff members will find ways to blame the new employee for everything. The higher management are all about billable hours and don't care much about how the work is being done. You are given no feedback on how you should improve your performance.
