      Laid back enviornment company culture was great pre pandemic.

      Cons

      pandemic started and budget cuts began, showed me there is no loyality. Work family myth. open office - there is no privacy in new office location

      Pros

      Is doing everything they can to protect their people during the current pandemic situation. Was one of the first firms to enforce a WFH policy and "no travel" policy well in advance of others. Is quite literally putting their people above all else.

      Cons

      The office, when you need to go in to the office, is probably not in the best of neighborhoods. However it is safe, secure, and a fun place to be.
