      Pros

      The leadership hires talent and grows talent. The culture is diverse, fun, close-knit, and on the same page about collaboration and teamwork. Great client base. Progressive and proactive on all levels. Incredible product and service offering Engaged C-Level that trusts management to do work Serious about the “core four” values

      Cons

      The only thing slower than a three toed sloth is the elevator to the 3rd level. Growth requires all hands on deck and sometimes the hands need more fingers. There are negligible cons that aren’t even on the radar

      Pros

      These are some of the nicest co-workers I've had in a long time. People are direct, efficient, and committed to their work. It's a breath of fresh air.

      Cons

      The only challenge is the commute. I'm used to the train/bus and this location is a tad remote from public transport.
