      Pros

      The atmosphere is wonderful. Every employee supports one another in providing the best service possible. Leadership is very knowledgeable and prepared for the future and invests in their employee's growth. You also get tons of experience is such a small amount of time.

      Cons

      The elevator to get to the office is extremely slow. It does encourage you to make small talk with the people you're in there with to avoid awkwardness. So in a way it helps with social skills and learning more about coworkers you don't directly work with.

      Pros

      Working at Framework is a dream, as the company is a collaborative environment with highly intelligent and capable individuals. There is a productive amount of autonomy in positions, which inspires ingenuity in employees and produces tangible results. Feedback is appreciated and acted upon by management, which strengthens the company culture and the idea that the chain is only as strong as the weakest link. If you have a "go-getter" attitude and are willing to put forth the effort, the company will meet you halfway to ensure that you are able to achieve your goals.

      Cons

      Insurance is costly, which is part of the growing pains of working at a small company. Fortunately, management is always looking to improve this for employees.
