Frankly speaking - it's not enough

Pros

Eager to develop new platforms for their market audience. The team is mostly friendly with regular social gatherings.

Cons

Frankly has more of a commitment to its San Fransisco office than it does to its New York office. Experienced members in New York either get over looked or removed in order meet a budget requirement. It's board is made up of selfish individuals quick to save a buck than invest in the needs of their clients or staff.

Awesome benefits and perks, great work space, friendly and collaborative coworkers, inspiring and genuinely nice executive team.

Cons

Nothing in particular, but occasional long hours and normal growing pains that are common with growing start-ups.

The team is the best part of the company. Everyone is working toward an incredibly ambitious vision and to the individual, seems like everyone enjoys working with each other. Super helpful and collaborative.

Cons

Always room to improve, the company has grown a lot in the last year, but nothing specific that's bad.
