Great team with lots of passion, appreciation and respect

Cons

According to my experience there is not anything special as a cons, just need to have a great passion, love to be as winner and do all your effort as a team member to achieve this.

Pros

Very fun place to work, with lots of benefits. Emphasis on having a positive culture, which makes life very enjoyable here. Managers constantly check in on employees, without micromanaging. You feel like you have a voice here.

Cons

Very occasionally requires late night/weekend work, although that culture seems to be curbing in recent months.
