Customers Leave and Employees Get Fired

Pros

There are some really good and smart people at Frankly.

Cons

Lou Schwartz is a terrible CEO. He blames everybody but himself for what has happened to what was once a successful company. He doesn't know the names of employees and could care less about anyone but himself. Everyone said the first CEO was bad, and that Steve Chung was bad, but Lou is the worst of them all. He is a total failure. How this company brings on any new customers is sad. All of Frankly's top customers have terminated. Read the investor section of the company website. Customers are leaving, and now employees are getting fired.

Pros

Was able to work remotely

Cons

Your typical male dominated "boys club" of a media company - Upper management is all about leaning out team - Not much organization in team or project management - Meetings are frustrating, people are pulled in so many directions - does not make sense whatsoever - Rev Ops team led by one of the most unprofessional women I have ever worked with - Offering is NOT WORTH IT. They are selling remnant ad space across 200+ sites that are worthless, you're not doing anything great for customers
