      Pros

      Everyone at Fraser is very passionate about the organization and the mission. They are flexible with their employees and care about their well being.

      Cons

      Organizational communication isn't always very clear. There is a big disconnect between the Executive Leadership team and other staff.

      I love that in every decision that is made, the client is at the center.

      Ever changing...this is not a con to Fraser, but health care in general is changing so fast and Fraser is working hard to stay ahead
