Thank you very much for your feedback. We are committed to creating a comfortable and collaborative environment for our employees so that all are successful. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the compensation and benefits plans that Fraser offers. One of the areas Fraser reviews on an annual basis is compensation and benefits. Fraser works hard to ensure that our compensation meets or exceeds the national average for all positions we offer within our company. We also work with our trusted benefits advisors to be able to bring employees the best benefits possible at a reasonable rate. This past open enrollment, Fraser introduced a new vision option for those seeking more coverage than our fully-employer paid vision program. We also introduced our new telemedicine service that provides a supplemental health benefit with convenient access to non-emergency medical care to complement our current health insurance options.

Pros

Not applicable/none to mention or note.

Cons

The experience you have here will directly depend on which manager you report to/which office you’re working out of. The culture and “leadership approach” make it impossible for anyone to thrive. Everyone is constantly worried they’re getting fired (even if they’re doing well) because the company is constantly playing favorites. They are happy to harass and bully anyone. Communication and leadership styles are inconsisten to say the very least. Professionalism is never prioritized. You will not be supported. They promise the world then pull the rug from under you once you commit to the company.

Thank you so much for your review. Our employee salaries are based on the industry's best practices and often exceed the industry average. As a growing company, we understand that there are times when a lot is happening, and one can get overwhelmed. Our goal is to provide a workplace that offers employees job satisfaction and a sense of pride. We will continue to strive toward that goal. Remote work is an option for employees, based on their manager's discretion. However, we are pleased to have most employees back in the office at least three days a week.
