Thank you so much for your helpful feedback. We are so glad you are taking advantage of our world-class training program and learning new skills. We work hard to make sure each employee has the opportunity to advance within the company. Unfortunately in a service business, when time is critical and companies are relying on us for quick service to issues, we cannot close our offices during inclement weather. We do offer employees the option of using paid time off if they feel it is not safe to travel.

While we recognize that your experience with Fraser was clearly frustrating, we are disappointed to hear that it left you with such a negative impression of the company. We understand that employees evaluate a workplace through many different lenses, including leadership support, training, communication, compensation and career development. As an organization, we continue to assess and improve these areas to better support both current and future employees. Fraser takes concerns raised through HR seriously and strives to maintain processes that allow employees to raise issues professionally and confidentially. We also remain committed to improving onboarding, leadership development and communication across teams and locations.
