Pros

Starting at Fraser at a young age, with little experience was no way a hold back. If anything, it opened the door to get a real understanding of the business and company, and as it grew, I grew with it. We're always adapting and changing, and it provides many exciting opportunities for its employees along the way.

Cons

Nothing at this time, thanks.

Always feels like home to me

Pros

As soon as your walk into the doors to start your work day, I always feel like I am at home. Greeted with a smile, a good morning or the smell of freshly brewed coffee. Friendliness of a hardworking team, bouncing ideas of each other and a judgement free zone when it comes to having an opinion. I am never afraid to ask a question or speak up in a discussion. I have my manager to thank for being a great leader and always encouraging me to be the best I can be.

Cons

nothing bad to say about working here at Fraser

We are sorry that you had a bad experience while working at Fraser. Our goal is to provide all employees with a safe and healthy work environment. To that end, Fraser complies with and follows all regulatory guidelines regarding the health and safety of pregnant workers as well as follows all specific physician accommodations when presented to our Human Resources group. Regarding remote/hybrid work, managers are empowered to use methods that provide the best collaboration and productivity for their departments. For some departments, this requires a hybrid schedule, while others prefer to work in the office. If you would like to speak with Human Resources about any of these issues, we’d welcome the opportunity. We wish you the best in your career.
