      Pros

      Fraser's mission and the passion of the CEO. She really cares about the organization and you see this on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Low pay and very mismanaged. The company does not hold ANY managers accountable for any errors or mistakes they caused! Also some of the managers were micromanagers - this brought the morale down on the team for many years.

      Fraser is a fun work environment where you can really see changes in the clients your work with each day, employees generally have positive attitudes and it makes coming to work each day fun

      Cons

      There has been lots of employee turn over lately, which has been creating lots of stress. It seem that management doesn't care if DT's or MHP's have fast turn over which is hard on employees who are there to stick it out and the clients
