Great people and clients! The work is very rewarding. You truly feel like you're making an impact. Also a great opportunity to learn.

Cons

PTO policy is rough. Pay is low. Sometimes the work can be somewhat thankless. Not good for people with egos.

Wonderful organization to work for. Fraser embodies their mission, vision, and passion for clients and the community in all they do.

Cons

The only con to working at Fraser is the long wait times for services which are being addressed by management and we are already seeing success by implemented initiatives.
