Pros

They have snacks and meetings weekly to keep you up to date.

Cons

Not honest, unreliable, they do not care about you. I was dealing with DV and they said they would hire me again when I left only to have me reapply and then “go with other candidates”.

Pros

Working with the Kids is super rewarding, since you see their growth every day. You begin to see them doing things that you taught them, and integrate those skills into their every day. It's great!

Cons

Pay is simply not good enough. Many other places pay $20 or more for the same or less work, and offer similar benefits. Additionally, PTO and holidays makes no sense, since you have to use PTO in order to claim sick and safe time.
