      - Clients and most co workers are great - Ability to work from home

      Cons

      - No budging in the pay. - Severely underpaid - Constant change in requirements - Some of the management is rude and disrespectful. Other management is non existent or don’t listen to staff - High turnover

      Pros

      Fraser offers many various trainings. There are also many welcoming coworkers throughout the company. Client's are awesome to work with!

      Cons

      After on-boarding, there is very little guidance. Poor management, policies rarely followed. Will overwork staff with very little pay compared to other agencies. Company also changes policies frequently, many times with no updates for staff.
