Cons

Hourly is a little lower than other places but fair for the amount of support you have while working with kiddos

Pros

- A great opportunity to work with kids in a behavioral treatment setting - Diverse work in a play based clinical role

Cons

- Without a Masters, there is no room for growth within the company and many employees leave this role due to burn out or in pursuit of further education - High turn over in this role and others in the day treatment setting - High stress, physically demanding, with little to no flexibility in hours - Low pay, low employee incentives
