Pros

Set schedules, Monday-Friday with no weekend, few holidays off. Good experience for right out of college. Starting pay at 16$ with 50 cent raise at 6 months and 1 year to 17$

Cons

Not enough compensation. Mental Health rooms get fewer recourses and support then Autism rooms. High burn out. Few ways for growth in position after a year or two. No set raise after a year of working for the company.
