Pros

Great groups of individuals willing to support one another across teams. You primarily can work from home which has its benefits.

Cons

It pays pretty low given the high volume, high expectations, and expertise needed for the job. It is a lot to learn and retain, and it is always changing. Overall, it's a call center job, which is why I chose to leave. With better pay it would be worth it given they seek out individuals with a degree in psychology.
