No awareness of DEI, doesn’t compensate employees appropriately, no support, diminishing benefits, doesn’t follow current standards for working with children with Autism

The staff was really fantastic. It was a very positive place to work and watch kids grow with extra support

Cons

The pay is a little lower than other positions with this kind of work because of the staffing ratio. It was nicer to have a 1:1 as often as possible though.

Coworkers are lovely and kids are great. Nice to have a group setting.

Cons

Lot's of empty promises and little follow through on gaining supervision hours + RBT certification Little room for growth in terms of promotion and pay raises.
