- Once you’re out of work for the day, you’re out and don’t have to think about it - good work life balance - regular hours - super cute kids!

Cons

- very low pay for work being done - kids can be violent, dealing with lots of bodily fluids, etc all for $16 an hour

Pros

Working with children, great first job

Cons

Management routinely engages in ableism/infantilizing language, MHP 1s are often burdened with training their MHP 2s with no pay bump for this, pay does not match job duties
