Pros

Fraser is recognized within the community as a reputable provider of autism and mental health services. It is great to work for a company that values the client and staff experience. The mission is really at the heart of all the work we do.

Cons

All companies have difficulties. At the end of the day, I think the ones who come out on top are the ones who approach those problems with transparency and adaptability. Fraser is constantly working to improve programming, the employee experience, and the organization as a whole.

Thank you for your feedback, it is greatly appreciated. Fraser does over a comprehensive benefit package including supervision for licensing of clinical staff. That truly sets us apart. For the CPA role, it is necessary to have strict scheduling due to hours/requirements of the program. This gives consistency to the clients and families. If you have recommendations I'd be happy to talk with you. We'd love your feedback. amanda.prince@fraser.org
