Thank you for your feedback, it is greatly appreciated. Fraser does over a comprehensive benefit package including supervision for licensing of clinical staff. That truly sets us apart. For the CPA role, it is necessary to have strict scheduling due to hours/requirements of the program. This gives consistency to the clients and families. Great work-life balance, room for growth and development as an employee, mission-based work, fun team!

Cons

There seems to be a disconnect occasionally between admin departments and program staff - but that might be expected at any large organization or nonprofit.
