Pros

Lots of organizations say they are family friendly and have a work/life balance, but this is the first organization I've seen do it right. They also offer great career ladders and competitive salaries that allow you to keep growing with the organization. Executive leadership is smart, solid, and business savvy. This is a truly innovative organization that has built a strong reputation for being the best in treating autism and mental health issues. I highly recommend working here.

Cons

I don't see any negatives.
