Working with and supporting families and children in need is an ongoing reward. Truly enjoy each of my coworkers and members of the Fraser community. Benefits are great. Salary is competitive. Management lists and accepts feedback.

Cons

Learning work/life balance can always be a challenge. Ongoing changes in the health care industry continue to have impacts on the company.

The staff have been great to work with, they take their time to get to know you and educate/train you properly so you are able to do your job well without struggle.

Cons

I don't have any that come to mind right away or stand out.
