Good place to learn about project management and technology development - for a few years

Great colleagues. There is a high responsibility given to you in managing projects, and the team and the senior managers will always have your back if you need them. It is overall a great learning experience.

Cons

You can't really advance. Te salary is poor compared to the industry.

Pros

Benefits are fantastic, esp. the retirement package. Some middle managers are really great people. All of the people are extremely intelligent. Decent place to work before recent changes in leadership.

Cons

Low pay by industrial standards. Promotions are rarely given unless you are in the "political crowd" even if you've done outstanding work. Upper management has a few people who know absolutely nothing about the technology platform they are leading. Strict structure of communication which restricts and filters the flow of information.
