      Pros

      Good insurance (when you can get it) Can move around to different positions in the store

      Cons

      Happiness depends completely on the competence of your manager. Only guaranteed 20 hours a week, and insurance for non-union required 100 hours a month to get. You can be scheduled to close (until 11:00) and then scheduled to open (7:00) and get no overtime. Unless you explicitly request a weekend off, you can be scheduled to work every weekend in a year.

      Work flexibility, good team, and it is like most stores where there is food. it seems to be good. I like stopping the to shop in between

      We have a lot of theft. the only way to stop is to catch them. maybe they should have a door checker

      1. Job security 2. Co-workers are like family 3. Grocery pay scale 4. Employee discount 5. Associate Appreciation celebration 6. Good customer comment cards

      Cons

      1. You are only guaranteed 10 hours off between shifts. So if you have to drive an hour and a half to the store you work at you get no sleep. 2. Your schedule changes every week. 3. They are getting rid of full time positions. 4. They know who they want to promote when they post the job. If it's not you don't bother to apply. 5. Pay raises take a very long time. 6. Bad work ethic is left to linger and even manage departments
