Wages are ccompetitive until you hit tenure. Than as you greet is a *wage adjustment* not even a cost of living increase.
Coworkers become your family, until it doesn't benefit them. I worked here 17 years and was a divisional merchadising manager got hurt and was left to the wolves completely. 17 years of working my body to maximum capacity, really giving 110% too this job, going where ever they needed me for remodels, restructuring, even out of state for coverage for Union Contract negotiations coverage.
Then told were sorry you're in your 30's, know exactly how to file a work injury, but we had no idea you got hurt and there's no evidence (video, paperwork, and employee witness statements) to back up your claim. Sorry.
