      Pros

      GREAT people work for this company. They make it what it is. But most of them are only there because need a paycheck and they HATE there job. Its a great starter job. A stepping stone for those who are going to school to move on to something better with there education.

      Cons

      Management does a horrible job of taking care of there employees. The customer survey carries more weight than the word of the employee.the grocery retail world is changing. This place will suck you dry if you make it a career.

      Pros

      As a front end cashier, the pay is pretty good. There are part time benefits, along with tuition reimbursement, and guaranteed hours.

      Cons

      Just like any retail job, the hours can be pretty random and often inflexible, if you can't find anyone to swap shifts with. Despite the benefits, I sometimes feel that employees aren't appreciated enough, regardless of department. Good work tends to go unnoticed, unless a customer gives you a compliment via customer survey.

      Flexible schedule for school, opportunity to learn all aspects of the deli, employee discount, friendly co-workers, free parking, sick pay

      Cons

      Management, not much training, low pay, high turn over, lack of communication, stressful, transfer of management to different store too soon, which doesn't allow enough time to build trust and consistency.
