Pros
Some of the employees (not including management) are great and make it a bit more enjoyable Employee discount on kroger brand food/ home/ apparel/ electronics
Cons
Management will cut hours to get bigger bonuses Only SOME departments are union. I would recommend working in grocery, produce, deli, bakery or meat department if you want to be union. Floral, home, apparel, nutrition, pharmacy, and jewelry are not union Management will not listen to feedback, and if they get in trouble from corporate for something involving your department they will blame you, even though the problem is not enough hours or people. This store is constantly short staffed and they continue to cut hours despite this Management doesn't really care if customers harass you I truly can't express enough that I don't have much good to say about this store. I hope others are better but I doubt it It is very difficult to get a full time position and they continue to only hire
