Cons
1. You are only guaranteed 10 hours off between shifts. So if you have to drive an hour and a half to the store you work at you get no sleep. 2. Your schedule changes every week. 3. They are getting rid of full time positions. 4. They know who they want to promote when they post the job. If it's not you don't bother to apply. 5. Pay raises take a very long time. 6. Bad work ethic is left to linger and even manage departments
