Pros
Straightforward pay structure, handled by Union. You get paid what you get paid, and can start at journeyman pay, which gives you the 22.15 right off the bat. Otherwise you have to work up to it.
Cons
Management problems from the top. Disconnect between meeting metrics and reality. Very metric centric, but still required to meet metrics despite callouts or understaffing.
