Management plays obvious favorites and will not address issues. The majority in my department are suffering from low morale and burn-out. It's not a good environment . There is no moving up or promotion unless you're close to management.

Schedule isn’t always the best Management plays favorites Seems constantly short staffed and management doesn’t step up and come in to help, if there are call ins and they can’t get someone to come in management doesn’t step up and cover.
