Good pay. Steady work. Some great people.

Cons

Nasty entitled nurses who treat everyone including their patients like dirt. Gossiping, character assassinations, reputation savages. It's high school 2.0 They form cliques and bully and perform illegal toxic behaviors and none are called out.
