Freeman doesn’t care about their employees as much as they say they do. There is so much violence by patients to staff and freeman never backs staff up. They are more worried about the Freeman name and money. We don’t get bonuses this year due to “being short on money” for some lame excuse..meanwhile Paula Baker is still getting her massive bonus. It’s public record just look it up. I have been with Freeman since 2016 and have never asked for a raise. I asked 4 mo the ago and have got no responses from anyone. I make $17… and I have worked in my same position for 8 years.
