Just an OK Place to Work

Pros

Average Salary and benefits. Flex work Hours Good place for new grads to get work experience. Not a good place for mid level and above in a persons career.

Cons

Favoritism and Office Politics are rampant at Freese. Everyone is not treated the same. Yearly performance reviews are based on peer written comments - opens the door for cheap shots from co workers. Where you start is where you will stay in this company ( unless you have connections) - very little chance for advancement. Company will not provide or pay for outside training, seminars,,,,,,etc - even if it is relative to work assignments.

Pros

Good benefits. Pay is decent. Stability.

Cons

Too many people in management positions that should not be. Favorites are played, nepotism prevalent. Wants to be innovative but are not when it comes to changing processes that are outdated.

Pros

The FNI company culture is one that focuses on work life balance, family, and valuing it's employees. They do a great job of working around employee schedules and needs. Everyone is friendly and there to do a good job.

Cons

There are a lot of great people working there that happen to come from very similar backgrounds and socioeconomic status. At times this lack of diversity can be off putting if you don't come from that same background.
