Pros

Flexible work hours, average benefits.

Cons

Cronyism, Favoritism, Office Politics. Some groups co - workers very good. Some groups co workers will undermine and play petty politics. Good company for new grads. Not so good for experienced workers. Very little chance for advancement.

Pros

Flex time is great. Company structure is great, but gets lost at the lower levels.

Cons

Office manger is a jerk. Could not figure out why morale was low when it was right in front of them.
