Freeway Insurance, has 401k, medical, dental and vision benefits. We have paid vacation for every team member. Hours are normal business hours, and we have very competitive pay. Work life balance is important to me, and I actually have that here. Being recognized for your hard work is a way of life for freeway. I highly recommend this company.

Cons

Vacation time is accumulated not just given to you after a year.

This company has alotof good employees, but they leave due to the low pay.

Cons

Very low pay, low comission, weekend work. Company want you to make outbound calls , assist inbound clients , you will be working in the office as one agent.
